Repairs

Please note we are running  14-18 business days (m-f) on beaded repairs and

4 weeks on wire repairs

Great news! We offer an express service for an additional $25 if you're in a rush and can't wait. However, if you choose not to use this service, please allow us the time to properly repair your items. We'll send you an email and text once repairs are complete, so please check both before contacting us. Please note that no repairs will be started before payment is made.

Repairs must have tracking and be placed in a bubble mailer. We are not responsible for lost repairs; Please insure the package so if its lost the postal service can pay you!

Bring repairs on open days

Check our schedule to day and time of opening and bring them in, prepared to pay for them

Drop box

When dropping repairs in the drop box be sure you do the following:

• Have repairs in a zip lock bag

• Have a sticky note or piece of paper with: Full name; email address & phone number

• Take a picture of the repairs in the bag visible

• Drop the bag in the drop box on the door

 

 

Fee schedule:

Beaded bracelet re-bead (all beads intact)................................................................................. $8 per repair

Beaded mycros (new)............................................................................................................................................................................................$12 per repair

Beaded Anklets (all beads intact)...........................................................................................................................$9 per repair

Necklace (all beads intact).....................................................................................................................................................$10 per repair 

GF or SS Bangle repair re-wire with all beads.....................................................................................$20 per repair

Extend size or missing beads 

Beaded bracelets: $8 plus add-on on beads

Bangles: $20 plus add on beads

Anklets or necklace: $9 plus missing beads

Missing beads:

2.0 or 2.5mm : $.25 per bead (mycros)

3 or 4mm: $.50 per bead

5mm or 6mm : $1.25 per bead

adding clasp: sm: $2.25 each  Lg $3.25 each

If there are too many beads missing, we recommend buying a new piece and keep the beads for something else.

Once we return, the repairs are logged an inspected. We will invoice the repairs & once the invoice is paid we will start the repair. Please note the time frame starts once the repair is paid. After 30 days no payment, the 31st day you are accessed a fee of $2 per day and the 35th day the repair is forfeited . No exceptions.

Missing beads will be charged by the bead. Repairs will be paid at drop off and invoice is provided.
