Peb Fergie Beads takes pride in restoring your jewelry with the same care, attention, and quality used in creating new designs.

REPAIR PRICING

(All beads intact unless otherwise noted)

• Beaded Bracelet Re-string – $10
• Beaded Micros (new) – $12
• Beaded Anklet – $11
• Necklace Re-string – $16
• GF or SS Bangle Re-wire (all beads intact) – $22.50

MISSING BEADS

If beads are missing, additional charges will apply:

• 2mm / 2.5mm – $0.35 per bead
• 3mm / 4mm – $0.65 per bead
• 5mm / 6mm – $1.50 per bead

If excessive beads are missing, purchasing a new piece may be recommended.

ADDING A CLASP

• Lobster Small – $3
• Lobster Large – $6

NON–PEB FERGIE PIECES

Repairs for jewelry not originally purchased from Peb Fergie Beads will incur a $1 service surcharge per piece.

Due to variations in materials, construction, and prior wear, outside pieces require additional inspection and handling.

Some outside pieces may require a custom quote.

TURNAROUND TIME

• 14–18 business days (Monday–Friday) for beaded repairs
• 4 weeks for wire repairs

Turnaround times may vary depending on volume.

EXPRESS SERVICE

Express service is available for an additional $30 per piece.

Express repairs move ahead in the queue but do not guarantee same-day completion.

REPAIR PROCESS

Repairs will not begin until payment is made.

Customers will receive email and text notification once repairs are complete.

Repairs not picked up within 30 days of notification may be subject to restocking or disposal.

• Be shipped in a bubble mailer
• Be insured

Peb Fergie Beads is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

DROP-OFF REPAIRS

Repairs may be dropped off during open business hours.

If using the drop box:
• Place items in a sealed zip-lock bag
• Include full name, phone number, and email
• Take a photo of items before dropping
• Secure items properly inside the drop box

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Normal wear and tear, perfumes, chemicals, excessive stretching, or improper care may weaken elastic and wire over time.

Proper jewelry care will extend the life of your Peb Fergie pieces.
